Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required for all bookings. This amount will be applied to the total cost of your service.

The deposit secures your appointment and confirms your commitment to the time reserved specifically for you. This policy allows me to maintain a smooth schedule, reducing gaps caused by no-shows or late cancellations, so I can accommodate more clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, the $20 deposit will not be refunded. However, a one-time rebooking is allowed with at least 24 hours notice, and the deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. After that, the deposit will be forfeited.

*Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to show up, will result in the deposit being forfeited.*

Late Appointments

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate the remaining schedule. After 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and you may reschedule your appointment with another $20 deposit.

*No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your $20 deposit. To rebook after a no-show, a $50 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.*
